We will allow a 24-hour window from confirmation of your order to cancel. Should you cancel we will refund your account in the way you have made the payment. After that time all sales are final as they are custom to your order.
TGA is committed to ensuring 100% satisfaction to our buyers. Reproduction prints are made to order and produced 24-hrs once your order has been placed. Depending on the order please see below for turnaround times.
Flat Wrapped Print: 1-2 working days
Framed Print: 3-4 working days
Unstretched Canvas Prints: 7 working days
Stretched Canvas Prints: 12 working days
These times are estimated once your order is confirmed to the time it is dispatched.
We provide shipping internationally to some countries; however, some artwork finishes are only available within the UK. All orders are Signed For Service and dispatched once the order is complete(excluding bank holidays and weekends). Please refer to the turnaround times above for the estimated times. We will send a confirmation email once your order is complete and ready to be dispatched.
Royal Mail: Signed For Service 1-2 working days (this is for small prints and framed prints)
Courier: Signed For Service 1-2 working days (this is for larger prints such as unstretched canvas prints and stretched canvas frame prints. You'll receive a one-hour delivery time slot via SMS/email on the morning of your delivery.
Airmail International: Signed For Service 5-7 working days depending on the country (this is for small prints, framed artwork & unstretched canvas prints)

We will accept returns if the incorrect artwork was delivered, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your artwork. Please provide your name, order number and we will advise of what to do next, however you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and it must be packed in the original packaging.
We will replace your artwork with careful investigation, in the event that your order arrived damaged, please email email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your artwork with photographic evidence of the received work. Also provide your name, order number and we will advise of what to do next, however you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
Reproduction prints are 'Made to Order' and an exchange is not possible as all sales are final.
