What if my order arrives damaged?
In the event your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 2 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work quickly to replace your order.
What if my order is wrong?
If you were sent the wrong order, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order with photographic evidence, and a copy of your invoice. We will advise what to do next.
I don't want the artwork anymore.
You may cancel your order within 24 orders of receive. All sales are final
Do custom reproductions have texture?
No, a reproduction is created with ink only. The reproduction is printed on Hahenmuhle German Etching 310gsm that has a slight texture to match the original.
What is a canvas print
The canvas print is a reproduction printed on Hahnemuhle Art Smooth 370gsm with a matt finish.
What is stretched print
A stretched canvas print on a stretched wooden frame. Framed are available in 20 and 40mm deep and finished ready to be hung.
What is artglass
Artglass is an ultra clear scratch-resistant glass that has 99% clarity, 70% UV filter and 0.6 reflection. We use this for all framed artwork.
