The Cornerstone development is a conceptual project designed to address the longstanding vacant site – often referred to as the “hole in the ground” on Church Street. The proposed eight-storey building features a mixed-use design: commercial retail space on the ground floor accessible via Joell’s Alley, a sanctuary on the first floor, and residential units on the upper levels. The residences include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
