WATLEY GARDENS

BEDC has identified a unique opportunity for development around the historic Wantley site. Tika Gilbert Architects was commissioned to prepare a conceptual design for a four-storey residential building featuring 28 units, including studio and one-bedroom apartments. The new structure is thoughtfully positioned to wrap around and overlook the existing two-storey Wantley building, which is envisioned to be revitalized as a cultural centre honouring the legacy of Samuel Robinson.
